Presentation Night 2004
27th November at the Hanover International Hotel & Club Hinckley, arrive at 6.30pm for 7pm sit down and bar till 1am. Please book your places with Haidee Lovell or Louise. Adults £27.00 Children £15.00 Club Champs qualified riders go free. Hotel rooms can be booked direct with the hotel at special funtion rates. (Don`t forget the Tuxedos and ball gowns as its a lot posher than the Allesley ! Swimming pool aswell)
As the Club is expanding, so are jobs, so if you are interested and have any spare time in helping with various jobs, please see Keith or Louise Caines. Remember this is YOUR club and without the Volunteers already (which are very few) there wouldn`t be one! Thanks (Cov Committee). Due to the increasing amount of people coming without a Marshal, those people will now be expected to take down the track at the end of the meeting. They will be asked to sign a sheet in the morning and leave a £10 deposit which will be returned after signing in again when the track is in.
This is only fair to other people who do their share !!!
If your child (also adults upto 125cc) is a racer, or simply has an interest in bikes, why not bring them along to one of our meetings? After all, it's free to watch ! Experience the thrill of racing, and a chance to gain some knowledge about our sport all in a safe environment. Paramedics and spares van at every meeting. Professional photography with pictures of riders available to purchase at most meetings courtesy of Rob Burge. Racing usually starts around 11.00am.
